Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Nature of Services and Website Scope

OOPRÈ Kitchen & Bar is a Greek-themed rooftop dine-in restaurant, kitchen, and bar located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, operated by Yellow Loop Private Limited.

2. Cancellations & Table Reservations

General dine-in table reservations made through our customer service team via WhatsApp (+91 7440026026) or telephone are complimentary and do not require any advance deposit or online booking charge.

Guests who wish to modify or cancel their table reservation are kindly requested to notify us at least two (2) hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone call so we can accommodate other walk-in guests. There are no cancellation fees or penalties for cancelling or rescheduling standard table reservations.

3. On-Premise Billing & Refunds

All food, beverage, and service charges are billed directly at our physical rooftop premises upon conclusion of dining. Payment is accepted on-premise through standard point-of-sale terminals (UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash).

Because no monetary transactions take place through this website, online payment refund requests cannot be initiated through www.oopre.in. Any concerns regarding on-premise billing or dining satisfaction should be brought to our restaurant management team immediately or addressed to our Grievance Officer.

4. Private Events and Banquets

For custom corporate events, private rooftop celebrations, or large group bookings arranged directly with our banquet team, any advance terms, cancellations, or reschedule arrangements are detailed within the physical event confirmation agreement signed by both parties.
